--> Big Sky only - 7 days a week Adults: $70 Seniors & Children: $60 Pickup Times: Mountain Village: 1:30pm; Meadow: 1:45pm; Canyon: 2:00pm Mid April through Early November This trip is for those who are in conferences, or would like to take in one of the many other activities available in the Big Sky area. This trip will depart mid day and break for dinner at Old Faithful. First the group will visit Firehole Canyon and Falls. Because this trip backtracks from Old Faithful, the guide will be able to possibly catch a geyser taller than Old Faithful. This trip will also take in the Fountain Paint Pots and Firehole Lake Drive. There may be other short hikes, depending on the geyser predictions for the afternoon. You will also get to see the Old Faithful Inn, likely the most impressive building in the National Park System. Tour Highlights: Firehole Canyon, Firehole Falls, Firehole Lake Drive, the Fountain Paint Pots (short hike), Old Faithful, the Old Faithful Inn and the Black Sand Basin (short hike). Common Wildlife Elk and Bison are common May through late July, and reappear in September. Bears, wolves and Coyotes are occasionally sighted especially April through late June. Moose, although solitary and somewhat difficult to spot, are common in the Big Sky and Gallatin areas of the Park year 'round. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
